I have over 40 years’ experience in both Local Authorities and Housing Associations working at every level from Counter Clerk to Chief Executive, providing a unique insight into the service from a range of perspectives.

I have a track record in transforming teams and organisations under my control into positive, high performing groups of people that provide fantastic services for those we serve.

A skilled Communicator, I can gather people together, whether customers, staff, Board or stakeholders to focus on issues of concern and find collaborative solutions acceptable to all.
